Dear Still Here, Inc. and Basketball families,
We are grateful for all your donations for the Mason Park Youth Basketball Program. Upon our session 2, January through March, we are introducing a Basketball Beautiful Program. This program features our very first annual young ladies’ basketball elite program for girls 8-13 years old.
With your donations all we offer to our youth participants is provided at no financial burden or cost to the parents. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many families school and sports routines and engagement, caused limitations and restrictions, and caused significant financial stress and strain for many.
Additionally, with your support we are able to follow CDC guidelines and maintain health and safety to our youth and will be able to provide specific skills training equipment for our added participant numbers. Dribbling glasses, rebounding equipment, ladders for flexibility and speed, T-shirts for all participants, daily snacks for 54 kids, and awards for scholar-athletes list just a few examples of how your donations help us and benefit the youth in our program.
Lastly, our new Basketball Beautiful Program will hold an 8th grade girls and boys college and career virtual experience. It is important to us that our youth learn and grow on an off the basketball court with our program.
